- CoachHub: Democratizing access to personalized coaching, that is the mission central to CoachHub. The platform matches employees with top tier coaches and launches them into a cadence of bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions. We led their pre-seed round back in 2018. Amongst its shareholders are Softbank, Sofina, Molten Ventures, Partech and HV Capital.
- Simbel: with their fairly small HR teams, Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs) struggle to provide their employees with a seamless Learning and Development (L&D) experience. While HR teams are supposed to inspire teams, create learning rituals, organize internal and external learning sessions, and track L&D impact and budget, the reality in SMBs is that one or two people have to manage all of these activities. This is where Simbel comes in, as it offers SMBs an all-in-one L&D solution.
